Service Description

Events by ASM is 1 Million dollars insured for every event Prices determined by Date, Day of week, hours, location and services needed -unlimited calls/text/emails -lead designer/Planner and one assistant day of wedding -initial visit to get to know one another, desired look and vision -questionnaire sent to you to understand vision and budget -Preferred vendor list based on your vision - top 3 of every category (ex: catering, floral, photographer and so on) -send files for we hired Events by ASM, "what's next" -send files on staying within budget -send files on how to stay on track and order/progress of booking vendors -review of all contracts -monthly check in to check on progress -1 month walk through to determine flow of wedding day. Where items/decor/events are to be placed (ex: welcome sign/gift table, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, entrance, toast, cake cutting, dancing , exit) -Plan B is decided this day- reduce stress for what may come up unknown -Reach out to all vendors and confirm start time and end time on contract -Confirm duties/ responsibilities with vendors -Create floor chart for venue/caterer to execute -Create layout for venue/ rental company -1 hour rehearsal day before at venue or rehearsal dinner location -Day of wedding, arrive when we are allowed on property and start running timeline, tie up lose ends before ceremony starts -setup personal items/decor (welcome table, memory table, cake table) -Manage your wedding and all vendors -Coordinate wedding party -Move any items from ceremony to reception area -check out all vendors and pass out tips once position completed -clean up venue per their closing duties
